She has experience in and advises clients in management, recorded and protection soft IP assets as well.

Hatice also handles large franchising transactions in Turkey representing multinational food and beverage companies.

Burak Özdağıstanli has extended experience advising multinational and Turkish clients in information technology, telecommunications, privacy, IP, copyright, gaming and regulatory fields.

He has experience in a wide range of intellectual property related matters including software piracy matters, trademark litigation and media broadcast rights.

Burak advises and represents multinational clients in advertising, consumer and e-commerce issues. Further, he represents brand owners in their anti-counterfeiting and anti-smuggling efforts in Turkey before all levels of courts and administrative bodies.

He is admitted to Istanbul Bar Association. He is the general secretary of the Data Protection Commission of the Istanbul Bar Association. He also serves as a founding board member of the Data Protection Association.
